ECRIN has published an article on 'Raising standards in clinical research – The impact of the ECRIN data centre certification programme, 2011–2016' (published in Contemporary Clinical Trials Communications).
The article summarises the nature and purpose of the ECRIN Data Centre Certification Programme; provides a very brief description of the underlying standards (129 in total, divided into 19 separate lists); describes the certification activity performed so far; and outlines the impact and benefits of the programme.
