EU proposal training

From September 2023 through to February 2024 ECRIN and a selection of its national partners (CZECRIN, FCRIN, PtCRIN, PCTN, and SlovaCRIN) ran a hybrid training course “Everything you need to know about submitting a European multinational clinical study proposal”. The course was open either in part (on an individual webinar basis) or in whole (all webinars and onsite training) to investigators and project managers from across ECRIN’s member countries.

With over 1300 connections to the different webinars and an average attendance of over 200 participants, the training brought a cohort of learners to gain a much broader understanding of all the essential elements that they must consider when developing any current or future multinational proposal. The learning was made possible due to the contributions of various experts from across the field of clinical research, some in-house ECRIN staff but also many from partner institutions and all with the same drive to support the development of high-quality EU clinical study proposals.

To close this training, a select group took on a one-day workshop to hone their skills at different sites across Europe including Lisbon and Brno as well as Warsaw and Paris which had similar sessions held online.
