The EOSC-Life project will be organising several thematic workshops, the first of which will be on pseudo-anonymisation of health data. This event will be held with project partners in Paris from 22 to 22 January 2020.
The PERMIT (PERsonalised MedicIne Trials) project will hold its kick-off meeting on 24 January 2020 in Paris.
The Horizon 2020-funded project will establish recommendations to ensure the robustness of personalised medicine trials.
PERMIT has received funding from Horizon 2020 under grant agreement number 874825.
The final CORBEL meeting will take place on 2 March 2020 in Florence, Italy. The consortium will present their solutions for harmonising user access to the European life science research infrastructures (RIs), comprising topics such as access, data or quality management, training, ELSI and innovation support. Presentations by scientists from the biological and medical user communities will illustrate how concerted access to multiple RIs advanced their projects, thus demonstrating the benefit of CORBEL for European life science research.
The RE(ACT) Congress & IRDiRC Conference 2020 will take place in Berlin, Germany from 11 to 14 March 2020.
The RI-VIS Africa-Europe Symposium will be held on Monday, March 23rd and Tuesday, March 24th, 2020 in Cape Town, South Africa.
The two-day symposium will bring together staff from the European infrastructures and South African and other African research infrastructures and institutions who might be interested in collaborating. Representatives from relevant funding agencies as well as policy makers are invited to join.
The aim is to foster collaboration and initiate networks in a sustainable way so that all stakeholders benefit.
ECRIN's celebration of International Clinical Trials Day (ICTD) will be held on May 19th, 2020 in Berlin (Langenbeck-Virchow-Haus Berlin, Luisenstraße 58/59, 10117 Berlin, Germany). The topic will be (patient-)recruitment in clinical trials. More details to come!

The EU-funded project TRANSVAC2 and the “Infectious Diseases Models for Innovative Therapies” (IDMIT) are pleased to invite you to a TRANSVAC workshop on “In vivo imaging of host response to vaccines and infections” on 29 March 2019 at the IDMIT research infrastructure at the CEA center of Fontenay-aux-Roses (France). The workshop concentrates on latest advances in new technologies for imaging in living individuals.
