Alex is a dynamic communications professional with a passion for engaging storytelling, strategic content creation, and event coordination in the medical research sector. Currently a Communication Officer at ECRIN (European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network), Alex manages digital content, social media, and stakeholder communications while organising conferences and proofing scientific articles.

With a background in fundraising communications at the University of Nottingham and marketing at Nottinghamshire Hospice, Alex has experience in content development, donor engagement, and multimedia storytelling. Holding an MA in Broadcast Journalism from Nottingham Trent University, Alex has also explored social impact communications.
