'Orphan drug and rare disease - Accelerating access to therapeutic innovation' 4th edition

University Claude Bernard Lyon - Eudipharm, OrphanDev (part of ECRIN's French national partner, the French Clinical Research Infrastructure Network or F-CRIN), and F-CRIN's training and education unit are co-organising the 4th edition of the training course on 'Orphan drug & rare disease - Accelerating access to therapeutic innovation'.

While the methodology remains the main focus of the programme, this year will also be the opportunity to address in particular the European Medicines Agency (EMA) tools in drug development and the issues around personalised medicine.

ECRIN's Salma Malik, PedCRIN project manager, will make a presentation on the PedCRIN project: 'Capacity building project for multinational paediatric clinical trials'.

Who?

This training course is aimed at clinical research professionals, project promoters and patient associations involved in rare diseases and the development of orphan drugs.
